A Galleria hotel and restaurant has a new face to its culinary scene.

Roshni Gurnani is the new executive chef at Hotel Derek’s Revolve Kitchen + Bar, according to a release. She was previously an instructor at The Art Institute of Houston, according to a spokesperson.

Along with 17 years of international culinary experience at Park Hyatt Resort & Spa, The Sagamore Resort and Thistle Marble Arch Hotel, Gurnani was the 2009 Food Network “Chopped” Champion and a contestant on Fox’s “Hell’s Kitchen”…
